1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and kiss988, which operates under international licensing. 3. Account Registration and Management

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the kiss988 platform. Owning more than one account — whether under your own name or using another person's information — is considered fraud and may result in the closure of all accounts concerned and the forfeiture of all balances.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name as shown on your MyKad, an active mobile phone number and a valid email address. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

kiss988 supports a range of payment methods for deposits and withdrawals for the convenience of players in Malaysia. Available methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, as well as cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum deposit for each payment method is RM10. The minimum withdrawal per transaction is RM100. Withdrawal processing typically takes between 10 and 45 minutes depending on the method selected and verification requirements.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM100, bringing your balance to RM200, and the wagering requirement to be met is RM100 × 15 = RM1,500.

The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount received before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. Second example: a deposit of RM800 receives a bonus of RM300, balance RM1,100, with a wagering requirement of RM300 × 15 = RM4,500.

• Only one welcome bonus is allowed per player, account, IP address, device or household.
• Any attempt to abuse promotions — including the use of multiple accounts — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and possible account closure.
• kiss988 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Game Rules

All games available on the kiss988 platform must be played in accordance with the rules set by their respective game providers. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.

In the event of a technical problem during a game session, kiss988 reserves the right to cancel or void any affected round. Game results produced as a result of a technical disruption are not considered valid and will not be paid out.

kiss988's total liability to a player for any claim will not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
